|
|
All of a sudden system crashed & rebooted.
Wired ethernet which is netmount(ed) didn't show up anymore.
So I checkde & found /etc/init.lo was missing.
Remerging baselayout didn't fix.
Luckely, Networkmanaged wlan is working still.
Any idea what to check or how to fix.
Thls 4 ur attention.

CaptainBlood,
Is this what you mean?
Code: | $ equery b net.lo
* Searching for net.lo ...
net-misc/netifrc-0.6.1 (/etc/init.d/net.lo) |

Thks,
Didn't use the equery thing, just applied an old recipe from somewhere on the forum.
Thks again.
Didn't fixed yet, but I'm 1000% it will work, NeddySeagoon recipes rules!!!
EDIT: Fixed: Code: | emerge -1 -a netifrc |
