Can't start rio over LightDM.

I wanted to give rio a try. As it is a part of plan9port, I installed that:

> which rio
/usr/lib/plan9/bin/rio


Then I wrote a session file:

> cat /etc/X11/Sessions/rio
#!/usr/bin/env bash
/usr/lib/plan9/bin/rio


Code:
> ls -l /etc/X11/Sessions/
insgesamt 16
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root  170 29. Jun 02:30 dwm*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root   43 15. Aug 00:06 rio*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root   36 29. Jun 02:34 wmaker*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 2187  8. Feb 2018  Xsession*


However, there is no rio entry in LightDM. What have I forgot?

Arch wiki suggests you need a .desktop file in /usr/share/xsessions:

I created one, it does not work... still not appearing.

I basically copied the dwm one to make sure I won't forget anything. Hm.
