Tried to emerge kdenlive today:
Code: |
emerge -pv kdenlive
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "x11-proto/videoproto".
(dependency required by "media-libs/xine-lib-1.2.9-r1::GentooStudio[xv,xvmc]" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "media-libs/mlt-6.6.0-r1::gentoo[xine]" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "kde-apps/kdenlive-18.04.3-r1::gentoo" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "kdenlive" [argument])

A long time ago. You need to update your local forks:
Code: | media-libs/xine-lib-1.2.9-r1::GentooStudio[xv,xvmc] |
And why is that fork really needed? |

Nothing's easier than opening a PR to scratch such an itch. audiodef knows how to do that. If you fork it, you maintain it anyway. |
