keyboard shortcuts in KDE

Hello,

I've installed KDE plasma 5, but there is no keyboard shortucts, and no file manager.
I will install file manager, but how to set keyboard shortcuts ?

What you means with "no keyboard shortucts"? In "System Settings -> Global Shortcuts" you can see all plasma shortcut.

For application is normal that aren't installed because you should install kde-apps-meta package (for install all kde-apps) or one of kde-apps/*-meta package
