I install and use gentoo, and wanted to add eclipse.
I follow the instruction in https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Eclipse but it everything I try fails.
layman -a eclipse
- does not know eclipse.
eselect repository enable eclipse
- returns error of unknown eclipse.

What does layman -L show? Should be a bunch of pages (9 here) of packages including eclipse. If not so, suggest refer to https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Layman for reinstall.
Defund the FCC.
