Hello

I use very good total commander alternative on linux - krusader. It is even better from TC, because it can handle several search results fed in window. Files from these search results (VFS) can be copied, moved but as it turned out cannot be deleted. krusader displays message box with information that file cannot be deleted and if run from console there also is printed information:

"cannot delete file ."

What is worth mention earlier during start displays strange information about saved fromo previous session search results:

"klauncher answered: Unknown protocol 'virt'.\n"

All is in this screenshot, however part in polish:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/3nye0lw7bjerujq/krusader.JPG?raw=1

I must add that described issue does not appear on Ubuntu, there files from search results can be deleted.

Did someone met this before?

pablocool,

The file . (single dot) is shorthand for the current directory.
That cannot be deleted because its in use by virtue of being the current directory.

Of course I know . dot is current dir and .. 2 dots it upper dir.
However Take a look at screenshot:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/3nye0lw7bjerujq/krusader.JPG?raw=1

I select "plik4" file and try to delete it.
Looks like krusader has some problems and in some circumstances is not passing path eg "./home/pablocool/test/plik4" but only ".".
As I said on Ubuntu there is no issue. I tried to move compiled binary from ubuntu but looks it is older and depends on kde4 libraries.

If someone using krusader could check this behavior I would be happy.
