hi,
I would like to install this 'pulseaudio-module-jack' as I did on Debian & Fedora
I followed these instructions: https://docs-old.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/15/html/Musicians_Guide/sect-Musicians_Guide-Integrating_PulseAudio_with_JACK.html
but on gentoo I did not find the way

sorry for my english and thank you very much.

Code:
emerge -vp --nodeps pulseaudioThese are the packages that would be merged, in order:

[ebuild  N     ] media-sound/pulseaudio-11.1::gentoo  USE="X alsa alsa-plugin asyncns bluetooth caps dbus gdbm glib gtk ipv6 jack libsamplerate orc ssl tcpd udev webrtc-aec -doc -equalizer -gnome -libressl -lirc -native-headset (-neon) -ofono-headset (-oss) -qt4 -realtime (-selinux) -sox (-system-wide) -systemd {-test} -zeroconf" ABI_X86="32 (64) (-x32)" 1'611 KiB

That imply you must merge pulseaudio with the jack USE flag. If you want to use both pulse and jack, the best thing to do is to add both jack and pulseaudio into the USE flags in /etc/portage/make.conf. When done, you update world as usual. Note than your use flags can be somewhat different with the above command, I don't use stuffs like pulse or systemd.

Thanks for the answer :D
Even I do not like systemd and I do not have much sympathy even for pulseaudio
but I dont think there is an alternative to using steam/gaming, or am i wrong?
I tried to launch Counter Strike GO & other game with ALSA only with game the audio was really really bad
and i do not have the alsamixer slider audio on Scarlett 2i2 (2nd Gen)

Thanks a lot again

Put a file into the folder
Code:

/etc/local.d/

and start or restart whatever you want.
