/sbin/service is missing?

Not sure if this is the right thread...but I think I must have made something very wrong.
Just installed a new system. As topic states. /sbin/service is not here.

I don't see any discussion on how to install it, so I suppose it should be installed by default.
And since I don't see any people reporting problems, so some action of mine is the most probable culprit.

How to bring it back?
