Hi,
my Gentoo system is installed on an Acer laptop. It has Core i3 CPU inside.
I am using KDE Plasma5 Desktop Environment.
I recently became aware that, that when the battery become charged, I hear a beep in every 5-10 seconds.
I did follow the https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Power_management/Guide.
But that not helped me out.
What can I do to get rid of this beep?
PS: I do not want to switch off the beep in kernel, because I want that beep in xterm wibdows.

Checked out. There is no set for Play a sound in Charge Complete out there.
But I found one more thing.
This beep can be heared when in BIOS setup too.
This is an Acer Aspire v3-571 laptop with Intel core i3 processor.
It's BIOS:
System BIOS Version: V1.10
VGA BIOS Version: Intel V2130
There is no option to set in BIOS anything but System Time, System Date, Quiet Boot, Network Boot, F12 Boot Menu, D2D Recovery, Wake on LAN, SATA Mode.
If I mute in xterm / alsamixer the Beep, than this annoying beep can't be heared.
But, as I said before, I need the Beep in xterm windows.
What can I do to get rid of this repeating beep?

You don't need to have snd-pcsp or pcspkr set in the kernel in order to have a beep in xterm windows. I have been able to configure Konsole and Yakuake to play an audio file of a beep (as opposed to emitting a pcbeep) as follows:
In Konsole, click on ‘Settings’ > ‘Configure Notifications…’, select ‘Bell in Visible Session’ and ensure ‘Play a sound’ is ticked and a file is specified there (I specify /usr/share/sounds/freedesktop/stereo/bell.oga but you could choose any sound file you want). If you wish, do the same for ‘Bell in Non-Visible Session’.
For Yakuake, press F12 to display the Yakuake window, click on the ‘Open Menu’ icon, select ‘Configure Notifications…’, select ‘Bell in Visible Session’ and ensure ‘Play a sound’ is ticked and a file is specified there (I specify /usr/share/sounds/freedesktop/stereo/bell.oga but you could choose any sound file you want). If you wish, do the same for ‘Bell in Non-Visible Session’.

I forgot to say: I need that bell in Emacs too.
How can I set Emacs for that?

I don't use emacs, so I don't know. But DDG is telling me emacs has a couple of functions and user options for beeping, so you could try those:
