kde dolphin assosiate wine application

Trying to launch a wine program when executing the app from dolphin via clicking on it. The wine app (LTSPICE in this case) opens but the specific file does not, another words if the app were MS Word clicking on a word file would open MS Word but not load the particular document. How do I get the document to load with LTSPICE?

Right click on the file->open with->other check "Remember application association" and choose the application from the lists, but do not search for them in the search bar because that will mess up your "open with" menu with a double entry and no icon.
