You can post full build.log with wgetpaste and output of command
Code:
$ find /usr/include/ -name "filio.h"

filio.h is typically on bsd or bsd-variants like solaris.

I would look at the file where it's being pulled in and see if a "define" is incorrectly asking for it.

Look at the lines below in file /var/tmp/portage/net-misc/freerdp-2.0.0_rc2-r1/work/freerdp-2.0.0-rc2winpr/libwinpr/winsock/winsock.c:
Code:
32: #ifdef HAVE_SYS_FILIO_H
33: #include <sys/filio.h>
34: #endif

The question is: why is HAVE_SYS_FILIO_H defined on CyberMuz's system?

Agreed. I just did this update (albeit on x86) and it compiled no problem:
Code:
emerge -auv net-misc/freerdp

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Calculating dependencies... done!

Disabling DISTCC resolved this issue. Thank you for your help.
