Problems with mounting partitions on nautilus?!

I have a problem with mounting partitions in nautilus. My admin user account can't mount the partitions. Mounting them needs root user password and NTFS partitions mount with root as owner. What can be the source of this problem? Is there a way to mount them using my admin account password only?

How are you mounting the partition when you use the root password? If applicable, how did you configure /etc/fstab for those partitions?

In other words, root account is for managing, user account is for using the computer. As root you should configure your system for your user to be able to mount needed filesystems.
