Since recently, my kernel menuconfig looks like this:

https://ibb.co/gHpF97

It's essentially unusable. I can't say for sure which fields I selected. Is this a known bug and is there a workaround?

Thanks!

Gh0str1d3r ...

I suspect it's related to bug #648720 ... if you happen to have updated to =sys-libs/ncurses-6.1-r1, if not then, apologies.

best ... khay

You can try to run TERM="xterm" make menuconfig... It has been woking with few cases I stumbled upon.
If it still doesn't work, how about make nconfig? It's basically the same as menuconfig.

Indeed, the glitches disappear with ncurses-6.0-r1. Strange. But Zucca, you are right, I don't have to use menuconfig. Thanks to both of you.
