@gentoorockerfr:

Can you post the output of
Code:

ck-list-sessions

That command belongs to consolekit.
For what I read XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is set by consolekit.

This is my output:
Code:

Session1:
        unix-user = '1000'
        realname = 'censored'
        seat = 'Seat1'
        session-type = 'unspecified'
        session-class = 'user'
        session-state = 'active'
        active = TRUE
        x11-display = ':0'
        x11-display-device = '/dev/tty7'
        display-device = ''
        remote-host-name = ''
        is-local = TRUE
        on-since = '2018-04-03T12:13:58.957025Z'
        login-session-id = '2'
        XDG_RUNTIME_DIR = '/var/run/user/1000'
        VTNr = '7'

Code:
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# noatime turns off atimes for increased performance (atimes normally aren't
# needed); notail increases performance of ReiserFS (at the expense of storage
# efficiency).  It's safe to drop the noatime options if you want and to
# switch between notail / tail freely.
#
# The root filesystem should have a pass number of either 0 or 1.
# All other filesystems should have a pass number of 0 or greater than 1.

# See the manpage fstab(5) for more information.

Can you post
Code:
rc-update show

You have 2 make.conf files. Post then.
