has anyone encountered this?
Code:

[ebuild     UD ]   sys-libs/glibc-2.25-r10:2.2::gentoo [2.26-r5:2.2::gentoo] USE="(multilib) rpc%* -audit -caps -debug -gd (-hardened) -headers-only -nscd -profile (-selinux) -suid -systemtap (-vanilla) (-doc%)" 21494 KiB
[blocks B      ] <sys-libs/glibc-2.26 ("<sys-libs/glibc-2.26" is blocking net-libs/libnsl-1.2.0)

started two weeks ago I think...
due to this, I'm unable to upgrade my system...
