Apologies in advance for burdening Gentoo forums with a HP Stream 14.
I am booting the live ISO on such a notebook. The notebook does not have an RJ45 ethernet port and I having difficulty getting the Wi-Fi adapter to work.
Can you please explain what I need to do?

Hi,
Can you run the Wifi on an other Live Linux, especially SystemRescueCD ? You don't need Gentoo to intstall Gentoo. The Gentoo ISO is a (too) minimal Linux system that can install Gentoo, but any other Live distro is OK. _________________ Kind regards,
