Hello
With Claws-mail, "Send" a new email returns six copies of "write on fd15: Broken pipe", the application crashes and the document is left in queue.
"Send later" returns "execvp: No such file or directory \n Segmentation fault", and the document left unsent in queue.
In the application window, "Send" sends the emails in queue without error. Huh; go figure.
I'm a long term claws-mail user and have recently emerge worlded my machine, and since then I've had these problems.
What is causing Claws-mail to crash?
Code: | $ claws-mail --version #Although I experience this with any of 3.15.0-r2, 3.15.1 or 3.16.0
Claws Mail version 3.16.0 |
Code: | $ eselect profile show
Current /etc/portage/make.profile symlink:
default/linux/amd64/17.0/desktop |
Code: | $ gcc --version | grep gcc
gcc (Gentoo 6.4.0 p1.1) 6.4.0
|
emerge --info
