Compiz - Add same rules of KDE for Windows

Hello, i have question, how is it possible to add the same rules of KDE for X and compiz ?

I use X and compiz and i would like when i put window on right corner (for example), my window take automatically 1/4 on left on screen, or when i put my windows on high corner, my windows is maximized.

You already tried with x11-misc/ccsm (Compizconfig Settings Manager)?

Yes, i use it, but i don't know how or where i configure that
