Hello,

i've got a new NAS box and installed Gentoo on it. When installing Nginx and starting it it always shows this message:

Code:
/usr/sbin/nginx: Relink `/usr/lib64/liblua.so.5' with `/lib64/libpthread.so.0' for IFUNC symbol `system'

I was looking for this kind of error in forums and found some posts mentioning glibc so i've recompiled it. I've also recompiled packages containing those 2 files in question as well as Nginx. But it was still showing this error. In the end i've did a full -e world but it's still showing.

Anyone got an idea?

Thanks, i've removed it but i haven't yet started to put a configuration in. I have had projects at work were i needed it and never had a problem with it. I am not sure if i need Lua on this NAS at some point in future. But for now it fixed. Thanks allot.
