You are getting a warning that you do not have PID_NS and NET_NS enabled in your kernel. Sandbox requires them to be enabled, so its giving you a warning. The best solution is to recompile your kernel with them both selected. _________________ First things first, but not necessarily in that order.
Apologies if I take a while to respond. I'm currently working on the dematerialization circuit for my blue box. |

Hi
Warming up an old thread:
I get the same message about PID_NS and NET_NS from sandbox when compiling www-client/chromium, but I can't find CONFIG_PID_NS nor CONFIG_NET_NS in the kernel config. Have these configuration options been removed in the meantime? |

freedio ... no, they are still present as of 3.8.4. You'll find them under General setup => Namespaces support.
Also, when in menuconfig you can type "/" and search, it'll provide a list of all matches, with a description, where they are located, and what dependencies set/unset the option.
best ... khay |

Just to make sure it's clear...
The CONFIG_PID_NS and CONFIG_NET_NS won't even show up until you have CONFIG_NAMESPACES (General Setup > Namespaces support) turned on.
