Which is the file like .bashrc in gentoo ? How could i install gnome2 after installing gentoo ?

Since the initial install is finished, moving to OTG.

.bashrc is still there, in each user's home directory. What are you trying to do, and what isn't working?

In general,

... you can use:

# emerge -p gnome

...to see what packages would be installed, before actually doing anything. Does this look like it will work for you?
