I just did a quick experiment. I took that new Coke Zero Sugar, added two packets of Truvia, and it came out amazing. Actually, two things were amazing:

1. The flavor of the cola.
2. How it fizzed up out of the can and went all over the floor.

But this is making me realize something: If I could get my hands on something like unsweetened SodaStream base, I could sweeten it myself and have it made.

Drink water, like everyone else? How bland.

We've made considerable advances in natural sweetener technology in recent years.

I can't believe you added sweetener. I thought they just changed the label. The old label was better.

The "base" idea is pretty good. Not sure how well that would work with stirring something carbonated.

It's a whole different formula, and in its stock form, it still tastes like diet ass.

Until this thread, I didn't realize Coke Zero Sugar was a different formulation from Coke Zero. I was going to post that only the label had changed, then I decided to verify. I never liked the flavor of Diet Coke, so tried Zero when I first noticed it. Much, much better. Except for the fountain variety, which counter to most other fountain sodas, tastes worse (normally I prefer fountain mixes).

Or Ale.

In fact there's probably more nutritional value in a beer, B vits and all that + stress relief.

I do love a nice English ale, but I can't drink ale all day long... I'm not Scottish.

Haven't tried that - what does it taste like ?

Apart from saying it tastes like Sake, I mean - if you had to compare it to something - Vodka like ?

No, depends on the sake. But a nice ginjyo sake will taste like a slightly sweet white wine without any bitter or sour notes.
