I would like to change my MAC address often. It goes through macchanger -r manually. On Linux Mint there is the possibility to change the IP automatically with every new connection to the Internet. Is the Gentoo also? _________________ www.edv-bildung.de |

According to the documentation you can this for the corresponding network interface in /etc/conf.d/net, e.g.,:
Code: |
mac_eth0="00:11:22:33:44:55"

Im not 100% sure, but iirc you will need "net-analyzer/macchanger" for this as well.
