Graphical issues with Civilization VI

So, I've been having issues with Civilization VI lately.
Textures are spotted with obnoxious blue and are cut off.
Here's what I mean.

Also, I'm sorry for putting two questions in one post but I couldn't think of anything specific for this question so I didn't want to open another thread.
It appears that two applications cannot use my graphics card at once (Intel integrated). When I have a game such as Minetest or Garry's mod, MPV and YT videos will either not load at all or the video and the game will constantly flicker.

What kernel, xorg server, mesa, and libdrm are you using? I know mesa just recently received a whole lot of work to get Civ6 to work better. If you're down for it, I would suggest you update to the latest kertnel and xorg server, and then go for mesa and libdrm from git.

I hate this to say, but: Buy an nvidia card.

Since the developers did not official support the integrated intel chip. And AMD with a feeble performance.

If you can't, try to ask the developers. Looks like there is some glow- or blurring-effect or maybe just a dull tone with a special effect on the leaders armour.
