pyQt5 - Keyboard Shortcuts

I'm trying to set up a specific kind of keyboard shortcut for my application, but I don't even know what it is called.

You see, when you go to qtconfig, for instance, and you hold Alt key down, it underlines some letters on some elements. If you press the underlined letters, you activate the referred element.

So, any idea on how to do that with PyQt5, 'cause I couldn't find a thing.
