Problem with plasma-pa and dragon

Hello, recently, i have reinstalled my gentoo on my pc.
I'm on plasma desktop.
I have installed plasma-pa for adjust my sound volume and dragon for play video.
But i have two problems:

I have sound, it's work fine, but my sound icon on system tray appears as if it were muted (i'm not on root account !). When I click on the icon, I do not have volume control...

My second problem, when i launch dragon, i have sound but no image with video ...

Any idea ?

Can you post your emerge-info and groups

For dragon, have you install the video codec?
