hi everyone,
it's probably a silly question yet still,
I've installed (i.e. downloaded and copied to icons folder) a "numix circle" icon pack. the thing is, from all other icons and apps I have everything looks fine besides thunderbird.
I have installed thunder... without bindist, just as I did with firefox and the FF icon get replaced out-of the box, but the thunderbird icon does not get automatically replaced.
initially I thought, perhaps the icon pack came with a typo but that's not it...
did anyone else encounter a similar issue? can you tell me how to fix this?

never mind, I managed to solve it.
for future references, what I did was changing the name of the thunderbird icon file inside the numix-circle directory, to match the one inside usr/share/pixmaps.
still have no idea why is it important, I mean why is the pixmap file names are important, but as long as it works... |

Could you perhaps be more specific?

Could you perhaps be more specific? |
He needed to change the name of the file due to fact the thunderbird.desktop files uses a specific name already. |
