qtcreator crashes

I start qtcreator, and then create a new Qt widgets application, and after class information, project management, it shows the files to be added in ... so I click Finish. qtcreator then crashes.

I get the following in /var/log/messages ...

I'm running qt-creator 3.6.1.

Thoughts?

I have just come across this problem. I decided to install the unstable version - 4.3.0, and this works without any issues. Be warned though - you may want to set the designer flag first, otherwise you won't be able to generate code automatically!
