i3 no keyboard response

Hehe, was kind of quick installing and starting i3, i got a question about mod key and i chose win key.
Now i cant do anything. Mouse is responding but no keybindings work.
Anyone know how to get started? I can't even start a terminal.

E: Never mind, i misunderstood i3 being light* as "easy" and "no manual configuration needed", but have done some reading, and its in fact very customizationable and needs some deep digging just to start.

I still have it installed, but think i have to do all configuration from within my xfce session.

*And it's very light on resources.

Now my win key is not working in xfce4, are they linked somehow?

If i uninstall i3 will it revert any changes back to my earlier settings, eg. my win key working again?

I believed all desktop environments was completely independent of each other. My mistake.
