Filesystem is EXT4, how can i find out what file is at sector "7164121264"?

ext4 of course has the matching ref, but i think it shouldn't have the real sector recorded as is (because it would mean 32 bits system couldn't access files over 4g sectors with the limit)
a tool might list all sectors use by a file, but i don't know any myself

but fixing bad sector is not only marking them as bad but also relocate them, so try fix your disk and whatever file is will be relocated to a good sector.
and if you care about the integrity of the file, it's a good hint that you should read neddyseagoon's quote :)

SarahS93,

That drive is scrap. It can no longer read its own writing.
Do not use the drive any more than you must and make an image using ddrescue if you don't have current validated backups.

If you are lucky, the drive will still be in warranty.
