[SOLVED] Semi Flickering Issue

Hello, I'm trying to find out if I need a new display port. I tested this out in other another os and 144 works though so I do not know where to start with this one. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B07K_diRbnbtS3hid2oxQVJ4WTQ Had to take the video from a phone in order to record the flickering. I already heard from another person with a 480 and amdgpu saying the refresh rate was stable and did not suffer the same as mine. I want to know what any of you think the issue could be. I am on amdgpu 9999 and find it odd. An odd finding is that the desktop startx does stutter, and a game csgo boot on the main menu also stunners. However, when in windowed mode (not fullscreen and fullscreen windowed) it does not which I could not make something out of. The desktop in itself believes it is displaying 144 hz correctly as I checked the Xorg log and dmesg and found no errors recently relating to it. I only want to know where to start again as I'm lost and thought it could just be a simple driver issue...

Ok issue somewhat solved https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96868 it is fixed, at least in my case by forcing display power management under either low or high. Auto causes something I'm not sure about. Anyways there it is!
