Since Kernel 4.7 was released last sunday and now it is wednesday is there any reason why arent we seeing it in portage yet? :z |

It will be there soon. Just have some patience. And of course you can install the kernel by yourself. |

I installed vanilla-sources today from overlay. It helped with the radeon driver for A8-7600. Eagerly awaiting the gentoo patches.

if you read it, you will see that it is very simple. The gentoo patches are another story. |

Mpagano, I wanted to publically thank you for acting so quickly. One day after your post, the patched gentoo-sources becoame available. We are quick to complain about missing ebuilds. I thought kudos were in order. |
