I haven't been able to find any information about mudix since posted about that a short while ago. I'm not sure it even works anymore or is maintained. So that aside I'm really just trying to connect to Aardwolf in the console. I don't have a GUI at this time and I'd love to do some gaming in the console. Anyone have any suggestions? |

If a MUD is the same thing for you and me, you can just use telnet or netcat. A sheet of paper and a pen might be useful too, so you don't get lost in the maze.
Telnet tends to look better. |

This one's been working great for me. It has a lot of features, but I've mainly used it to get a proper readline support and separate input line, so 1) I can use backspace key when I typo 2) messages from mud don't break long command lines so I won't forget what I was doing .
