Hi,

I can not remember since when, but I clearly did not see this error message before:

Code:
/run/lvm/lvmetad.socket: connect failed: No such file or directory
WARNING: Failed to connect to lvmetad. Falling back to internal scanning.
blockdev: ioctl error on BLKROSET: Operation not permitted

It seem grub2-mkconfig has trouble connecting to my LVM partition...of course, I did not have one. Is there's a way to tell grub2-mkconfig not to perform this action?

Other than this error message, it seem my grub works fine.

Thanks,
David
