Fax server no longer working after changing DNS box

I have to different Gentoo boxes one running a fax server and another DNS. I've moved my DNS isn't the cloud on a Rackspace DNS and now my fax server isn't working. Where are the connection settings for faxrunq?

The error I get is fail 4: dial failed: BUSY

Ideas?
