I'm using AMD64 unstable. Tried to build mate-system-monitor-1.10 without success, then enabled mate-de-gentoo overlay with the same result.

build fails at this point:

By chance, did you switch to gcc 5.x and haven't bothered to read the news about gcc 5.... As this issue likes almost exactly the same as all the others (ABI change, you need to recompile most of your system)
