Hi manara39
the grub bootloader needs the /boot partition to be mounted. Otherwise, it will try to mount itself (according to you /etc/fstab configuration, I think)

When ebuild fails, the message is very explicative in this case:
Code:
* Unable to remount in rw mode. Please do it manually!


First things first: are you installing from chroot, right?
How is your partition layout?
Is /boot on a separate disk?

Also posting your /etc/fstab file will come in handy
