I have an MSI GE60 laptop, before upgrading to kde5 the function up/down keys would dim/lighten the screen but after the upgrade they stopped working. I know it still works as I can manually echo a value into /sys/xxx to dim it manually. Also the function left/right still works for controlling audio.
It this a known issue? I cannot find information on it anywhere.

That fixed it, and an easy fix too. Perhaps that should be added to an ebuild somewhere. |
