Hi,

I'm trying to play Dota2 and when I start Dota It's a bit too red^^

And Dota2 Reborn doesn't start.

Any suggestions?

p.s. I'm playing on an ultrabook, so all i have is an onboard GPU, intel.

You're definitely missing s3tc, install

, and check https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Steam#Texture_compression

s3tc is a pain because it's patented, so none of the FOSS drivers include it.

ASTC would solve this, but isn't widely implemented in games, and Source in particular doesn't use it.

Hi,

I have Intel + Nvidia on my laptop.

When I play Dota by Intel (I have the same like you = red), on Nvidia everything is fine, so must be something with Intel driver or maybe Intel card doesn't support this game.

Thank you, Reborn is now running. And the "old" one too. Maybe it was the latest update. I don't know, I don't care^^
