It's a shame there is not an ebuild for PeaZip in the main Portage tree. It's such a good app.
Anyway, in the absence of an ebuild it is easy to install the self-contained 'PeaZip Portable' edition in Gentoo: see Installing PeaZip in Gentoo Linux for the instructions. Just change "5.6.0" to "5.7.0" in the commands listed in that post. You can download PeaZip Portable 5.7.0 for amd64 Linux from the link on the PeaZip Website's download page for Linux or directly from GitHub. _________________ Clevo W230SS: amd64, VIDEO_CARDS="intel modesetting nvidia".
Compal NBLB2: ~amd64, xf86-video-ati. Dual boot Win 7 Pro 64-bit.
OpenRC udev elogind & KDE on both.

Thank you very much for the guide, I've linked it in PeaZip for Linux and Linux x86-64 pages. |
