|

I recently managed to get a desktop environment running, but when I use networkmanager to connect to wifi, I'm disconnect and reconnecting about every 5 seconds. I'm actually getting a connection when networkmanager says so, but it's not for long enough to do anything other than ping google. I haven't edited any config files, and I don't know of anything that I should add to this post. Any ideas? |

some ideas. but as a starter, you may post your kernel and its version, wifi card and networkmanager version.
I know that the "Intel(R) Centrino(R) Ultimate-N 6300" kernel driver in <3.18 is bugged. upgraded a notebook from LMDE1[0] to LMDE2 with that chipset and kept kernel 3.18. networkmanager been upgraded and the bug "recover wifi network from sleep" was fixed. well, my fun story about linux wifi ...
