Hi all,
I just finished installing plasma 5.3 and framework 5.10 according to this https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/KDE/Overlay. What's the best way to target kde-applications-15.04.2 specifically? I noticed that in <layman_dir>/kde/Documentation/package.accept_keywords there is only kde-applications-live.

I'm not in the KDE herd, so I don't know the best way. What I did was I copied this file:

https://github.com/gentoo/kde/raw/master/Documentation/package.unmask/kde-applications-15.04:4

to /etc/portage/package.accept_keywords/kde-applications-15.04.keywords and edited it to:
1) add ~amd64 at the end of all the non-commented lines.
2) remove the :4 (slot 4) everywhere, as that seemed to confuse emerge

Thank you very much, that was a great input! Due to the recent 15.04.3 upgrade (not yet released to public) I followed your instructions and sed 's\15.04.50\15.04.3\g' plus copied the file to packages.unmask/ without ~amd64. Worked like a charm.
