make menuconfig

I compiled the kernle many times with menuconfig but have never be sure if I have saved the right config:

I believe that tap->exit is to set the selection, and

esc, esc is to abort the selection. Is it correct?

After 'Exit', you should see a prompt "Do you wish to save your new kernel configuration?". Answering No will not save the changes. Yes, will save the changes.


Kernel compilation in this case doesn't seem to be an Installing Gentoo topic. Moved to Other Things Gentoo.
