Does netifrc switches between avahi-autopid and dhcpcd ?

when a system is connected to Internet, the netifrc switches between avahi-autopid and dhcpcd.

now how to avoid the switch between the two ?

Does /etc/conf.d/net file switches the dhcpcd and autoipd ?

Use dhcpcd as network manager instead of netifrc.
