|
|
Just emerged xpdf and added it as an application to use in mozilla. I'm able to view pdf files through the browser, but can't seem to find out what to set and where to set it to get the pdf document printed(I did generate an ~/.xpdfrc file, but don't know what to put in it for printing).
The pdf doc renders out beautifully, but when I select the print icon on the xpdf screen I get the nominal print box with the print from page number to page number, with a /tmp file ending with a .ps extension on it listed to print. I click the print button and nothing visible happens. Searching google, man, this site produced zip and the xpdf home page, too). TIA, Bill |

I just put in:
Code: |
| lpr -P<printer_name>
|
instead of the filename in that dialog and it prints.
You can also put this line in /etc/xpdfrc:
to make this the default. |
