Kde theme manager problem

Hello,

I am new in kde (and gentoo ) It seems that if I use default theme manager installing themes, the theme is not applied automaticaly. Is this a bug? Should I do anything else?

Edit: Also when I choose details of the theme to change them, an error message appears saying something like url not found. (my language is spanish so the error in english is something like that)
