I'd like to add a Wiki page dealing exhaustively with Gentoo Linux user administration, once I gathered the proper knowledge  .
So far I don't find such a page, only a FAQ on user adding in the forum. Where would I look for more? Is this exclusively a bin/bash topic? |

There's nothing whatsoever that's Gentoo-specific about Linux user administration, which is why you find the topic sparsely covered on Gentoo media. There are books on being a Linux system administrator, though. Google is your friend.
Moved from Installing Gentoo to Other Things Gentoo provisionally as it seems to fit better here for now.
