I finally got my system running but what I don't understand is wpa supplicant is not included so I can't do anything.
I tried remounting everything through my CD-ROM and then got back to chroot got into linux# but when I try to emerge wpa I get an error message stating the above package list contains packages that cannot be install at the same time on the same system.
Does this mean I should run and mount off another live disc??? |

I'm afraid all our crystal balls have malfunctioned.
Unless you tell us what the error is I'm afraid we can't help you. I recommend reading the output carefully. Chances are you'll figure it out. _________________ First things first, but not necessarily in that order.
Apologies if I take a while to respond. I'm currently working on the dematerialization circuit for my blue box. |

Lyxen,
That is a consequence of the error, not the error itself.
Your emerge output probably contains some lines in red text, which are blocked packages that partage cannot resolve for you.
Please post those red lines, or even the entire emerge output. _________________ Regards,

The problem is in the car, and it needs fixed in the car. The car in this analogy standing in for your installed system. In short, you can keep using the same live CD, if you need to use a live CD at all (it seems that you probably do, for the moment). |
