recursive touch

I am trying to build iptables and keep getting the error that my kernel sources have future dates. I looked at the /usr/src/linux and found that indeed all the files were marked with a date in 2010. I had to manually go through and change the dates on all the files in each directory. Is there a way to recursively touch all files in a directory and its subdirectories to update the date?
