since last upgrade to 2.2.14 with the new libc the clock applet displays only a tiny empty space. clicking on it will give me calendar. same with other applets that are based on this calendar's sourcecode. other applets work fine though. maybe time even is displayed, but the gap between the other applets reserved for it is too small? inside the calendar, the same problem with the big clock-display, it's invisible although vertical space is reserved correctly. could ntp be at fault? can't be font since other applets display temperature and battery-charge in correct way...

I'm facing the same problem! I cannot see the cinnamon clock applet anymore!

Same happened to my cinnamon! A desktop without a clock is unusable.
